Q: Do I have to pay a deposit when I book?
A: We do ask that you pay a small deposit of £75 when you make a booking with us.

Q: When does the balance have to be paid in full?
A: Half of the balance (minus the deposit) is due on or before the wedding date. The remaining balance isn't due until the first version is being edited. Once the final payment has been received, your wedding DVD can be sent out to you.

Q: When will we receive the final wedding DVD?
A: We aim to have you wedding DVD finished within a 4 week period after the wedding, but it may take slightly longer depending on the time of year and the complexity of the project. Peak time (summer) weddings can take between 8-12 weeks, but we endevour to get your special wedding DVD sent to you as soon as possible.

Q: Why does it take so long to make the DVD?
A: There is a lot of time and effort involved in creating a personal wedding DVD for each couple. Due to the uniqueness and individuality of each project, time is spent getting things right. We don't normally sub contract our work out to others in order to rush work, it is primarily done within the family.

Q: How far do you travel?
A: We don't just cover the Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire (home counties), we are also prepared to cover areas of London South East region, East of England, South west, Midlands, and also South Wales. Please feel free to ask if we cover your wedding area, as we often travel for our weddings.

Q: Do you charge for traveling?
A: We only charge a small mileage fee depending on distance, and sometimes we may ask for overnight accommodation to be arranged for us.

Q: How much are additional DVD copies?
A: DVD copies are charged at £9.99 for the standard version (colour printed black DVD case), and £19.99 for the deluxe wedding case DVD.

Q: Why should we book a professional videographer instead of our uncle or friend doing it?
A:
Sometimes people tend to think filming a wedding can be as easy as pointing and pressing the record button. However this is not the case. Often the friend or family member that is offering to do your wedding video for free, will provide a service that isn't worth paying for in the first place. Your wedding day will be one of most important and special occasions of your life, and it is well worth putting the filming in someone's hands that knows what they are doing. We offer a professional and high quality service and use top equipment in order to make your wedding DVD a memorable product, rather than a disaster one.

Q: What makes you different from the other wedding videography companies?
A: We like to think that we can offer you a service that you won't regret. We always aim to be flexible, and try to cater for your unique needs. We also think you'll agree that our extensive services offer great value for money.

Q: Will you get in the way during the wedding day?
A:
To get some of the shots during the day we will naturally have to be visible. However we always strive to be smarty dressed, quiet, and to fit in with your day as best as possible. We don't use big oversized equipment that looks unsightly. Past happy couples have said that they were pleased with the way we were unobtrusive throughout the day.

Q: What standard is your equipment?
A: Our equipment is to a professional standard and is more than suitable for wedding productions. The camera we use is small but records in professional HD (high definition) quality.

Q: What can we expect our final wedding DVD to be like?
A: We tailor each wedding DVD we make individually for the couples needs. Each wedding has a different theme, colour, location, and essence, and we aim to create a style that reflects that. We can customise many aspects of your wedding DVD according to your preferences. Normally we create a 60-90 min DVD, which includes the whole of your service, edited events from the rest of the day, and finally some highlights.
